For the little ones, we have a foldable travel cot and a high chair available upon request 👶🏻.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date. If a cancellation is made less than 5 days before the arrival date, the full booking price will be charged. Cancellations must be communicated in writing (e.g., via email).
The apartment features beautiful parquet flooring and fine rugs, so we kindly ask you to take off your shoes 👟🚫.
Please enjoy all the delicious food you prepare in the kitchen 🍝. Otherwise, we might have to send you a bill for the dry cleaning of the bed.
Please make sure to close all windows when you leave. The weather in Bremen is known to be quite changeable 🌦️🪟.
Do not clean the pan in the dishwasher and please put the clean dishes back before departure 🍳.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment 🚭. In case of non-compliance, we will unfortunately have to charge a fine of €150.
It has happened before that guests were interested in commercial photo and video shoots in the house. If this applies to you, please contact us for arrangements 📸.
We kindly ask you to leave the apartment in the condition you found it (wash the dishes, etc.) so that our friendly cleaning staff, Mili, is not overwhelmed 🧼.
Please do not leave any perishable food behind. Both keys are custom-made and cost €80 together. Please don't lose them! 🔑💸.
It should go without saying, but we would like to remind you that nothing should be taken from the apartment. Our cleaning staff is very attentive 🕵🏼♀️.
